Mike and Alma Gollins lead Gollins Consulting Engineers from a dedicated home office that serves as the firm’s full-service design studio. By handling all design and drafting in-house, they maintain complete control over quality and schedule.

Mike focuses on mechanical and plumbing, while Alma handles electrical, project coordination, and accounting. This streamlined structure enables them to deliver highly personalized service to long-term clients—combining technical precision, rapid turnaround, and competitive pricing.

In addition to his engineering practice, Mike serves as a Chief Warrant Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves. Alma is an avid marathon runner and remains actively involved in ministry at Parkview Community Church.
